  1. Click the Agency Switcher Tab at the top left corner of the sidebar.

  2. Click Switch to Agency View tab.

  3. Go to Settings tab at the bottom left corner of the sidebar.

  4. Click on the Company tab to get into the company menu. Once you are inside the company menu, scroll down until you see the AI Employee feature. Enable it using the toggle.

  5. There you have enabled the AI Employee. Now you can customize the offering for individual sub accounts based on your clients usage and requirements.

How to Grant or Revoke AI Employee Access for a Sub-Account

Controlling AI Employee access at the sub-account level lets you decide which clients can use your agency's AI offerings. Agency-level controls make it easy to find a specific sub-account and grant or revoke access without switching into the client's account.

  1. Log in to HighLevel in Agency View.

  2. Click AI Suite in the left navigation menu.

  3. Open Plans & Limits.

  4. Scroll to the list of sub-accounts.

  5. Locate the sub-account you want to manage. You can search using the sub-account name or sub-account ID and use the available filters to narrow the list.

  6. Locate the AI Agents control for the sub-account.

  7. Turn the control on to grant access or off to revoke access.

Alternative method

You can also manage access from the actions menu for the sub-account:

  1. Click the three-dot menu on the right side of the sub-account.

  2. Select AI Agents.

  3. Enable or disable AI Employee access as needed.

How to Configure AI Employee Rebilling for a Sub-Account

Rebilling allows agencies to pass AI usage costs to eligible clients while applying a markup based on their pricing strategy. Configuring rebilling at the individual sub-account level gives you control over how that client's supported AI usage is billed.

Prerequisite: Make sure the applicable SaaS billing setup is active for the sub-account before configuring direct client billing. If the sub-account is not currently configured for SaaS billing, complete that setup before continuing.

  1. From Agency View, go to AI Suite > Plans & Limits.

  2. Find the sub-account for which you want to configure rebilling.

  3. Click the three-dot menu beside the sub-account.

  4. Select Configure Rebilling.

  5. In the rebilling window, review the available AI Employee products:

    • Conversation AI
    • Voice AI
    • Reviews AI
    • Content AI
    • Ask AI
    • AI Studio

  1. Choose whether to use the same markup for all supported products.

    • Enable this option when you want to apply a consistent markup.

    • Disable it when you want to configure supported products individually.

  2. Enable rebilling for the AI products you want to charge the client for.

  3. Configure the markup or billing option displayed for each product.

  4. Review the configured rates.

  5. Click Save Markups to save and activate the rebilling configuration.

Rebilling vs. reselling: Rebilling is designed to charge clients based on applicable AI usage. If you want to offer AI Employee as a recurring client subscription instead, configure reselling.

How to Resell AI Employee Plans

Reselling lets your agency package AI Employee as a client-facing subscription rather than relying exclusively on pay-per-use billing. The process has two parts: first configure your agency's customer-facing offer, then activate the appropriate offer for the individual sub-account.

Prerequisite: Confirm that the client's applicable SaaS billing setup is active before activating a paid AI Employee resale offer for the sub-account.

Configure Your AI Employee Reselling Price

Your agency's reselling configuration determines the price clients will see when an AI Employee offer is made available to them. This allows you to account for your agency cost and define the margin you want to earn from the subscription.

Pricing: AI Employee pricing and included usage can change. Refer to the AI Product Pricing article and the pricing displayed in your HighLevel account for current plan costs and inclusions.

  1. In Agency View, click Reselling in the left navigation menu.

  2. Under Subscriptions, select AI Employee.

  3. Review the available AI Employee plans and the pricing.

  4. Select the plan you want to configure.

  5. Enter the price you want your customer to pay.

  6. Configure any additional usage-based markup options available for the selected plan.

  7. Review the displayed agency cost, customer price, and resulting profit.

  8. Click Save Changes.

Activate the AI Employee Reselling Offer for a Sub-Account(s)

Activating reselling for an individual sub-account determines which configured AI Employee offer that client can purchase. This step connects your agency-level pricing configuration to the selected client's account.

  1. In Agency View, click Sub-Accounts.

  2. Locate the sub-account where you want to activate the AI Employee offer.

  3. Click the three-dot menu beside the sub-account.

  4. Select Manage Client.

  5. Confirm that the appropriate SaaS billing setup is active for the client.

  6. Open the Reselling tab.

  7. Select AI Employee from the available reselling products.

  8. Choose the AI Employee offer you want to make available to the client.

  9. Review the customer-facing price.

  10. Click Save.
