The AI Usage Dashboard in HighLevel gives agencies a centralized view of AI spend, token usage, and transaction-level activity across supported AI products. It helps Agency Admins review usage trends, monitor costs, and understand which products or models are driving activity. With summary cards, charts, tables, and filters in one place, the dashboard makes it easier to review AI usage without switching between multiple tools.

Note: The AI Usage Dashboard is available only at the Agency level for Agency Admins. It includes sub-account-level breakdowns inside the dashboard, but it is not accessible from sub-account pages.

What is the AI Usage Dashboard?

The AI Usage Dashboard is a centralized, agency-level dashboard for reviewing AI usage and cost activity across supported HighLevel AI products. It brings together plan status, token usage, transaction counts, costs, and transaction-level details so agencies can understand AI activity from one place. This makes it easier to review trends, compare usage across products and models, and review individual AI transactions when needed.

Key Benefits of AI Usage Dashboard

Clear visibility into AI usage helps agencies make better decisions about monitoring activity, reviewing costs, and understanding which AI tools are being used most often. Instead of checking separate product areas, Agency Admins can use one dashboard to review usage patterns and cost-related activity across supported AI products.

  • Centralized visibility: Review AI spend, token usage, and transaction activity across supported HighLevel AI products in one place.

  • Faster analysis: Use summary cards, trend views, tables, and filters to quickly identify what is generating activity.

  • Better cost review: Compare costs, event counts, and token totals to better understand usage patterns.

  • Deeper investigation: Open transaction-level details to inspect token usage, cost breakdowns, and additional transaction details for individual events.

  • Agency-wide oversight: Review usage at the agency level while still analyzing sub-account-level activity within the dashboard.

Summary Cards

Summary Cards provide a quick snapshot of AI usage and cost activity so admins can review key metrics without digging into detailed records. This is helpful when you want a fast view of current activity before moving into deeper analysis.

The Summary Cards display:

  • Plan Status
  • Total Tokens, including input and output
  • Total Transactions
  • Pay Per Use charges

Users can also expand the cards to view a more detailed cost breakdown, including:

  • LLM
  • TTS
  • Image
  • Video
  • Call Duration
  • Web Search
  • Product
  • AI Model

Transactions Table

The Transactions Table gives agencies a detailed view of individual AI transactions. This is the best place to investigate a specific cost, validate activity during a selected date range, or review the details behind a single AI transaction.

Each transaction includes:

  • Product
  • Model
  • Billing Mode
  • Tokens
  • Charges
  • Timestamp

Selecting a row opens full transaction details, including:

  • token usage
  • cost breakdown
  • additional transaction details

Supported AI Products

Knowing which products are included in the AI Usage Dashboard helps agencies interpret the data correctly. This is especially useful for teams using multiple AI tools across HighLevel and wanting one place to review activity.

The AI Usage Dashboard supports these HighLevel AI products:

  • Conversations AI
  • Voice AI
  • Reviews AI
  • Agent Studio
  • Content AI (Text, Image)

How To Setup AI Usage Dashboard

The AI Usage Dashboard is available to use right away and does not require a separate setup process. The goal is to open the dashboard from the Agency level, apply the right filters, and use each dashboard component to review AI activity clearly.

  5. Review the Transactions Table for detailed event data
Use the Transactions Table to inspect individual AI transactions. Select a row to open token usage, cost breakdown, and additional transaction details for deeper investigation.

  6. Apply filters to narrow the view
Use filters such as Date Range, Product, Location, Billing Mode, and AI Model to focus on the exact usage data you want to review. This helps you isolate trends, compare activity by product or sub-account, and investigate specific transactions more efficiently.
