There are two mandatory requirements to enable and use this feature:

  2. Paypal of Affiliates added under Payout Methods (Guide)

To use PayPal Auto Payouts:

  1. Use a PayPal Business account.

  2. Make sure PayPal Payouts is enabled for the account.

  3. Connect the PayPal account to HighLevel using the required live PayPal credentials.

  4. Make sure each affiliate you want to pay through PayPal has a valid PayPal payout method added.

Affiliate payout methods can include PayPal and Bank Transfer, depending on the methods enabled by the admin.

To configure available payout methods, go to:
Affiliate Manager → Settings → Affiliate Portal Settings → Configure Payout Methods

How do I hide the PayPal button from my Funnel/Website's order forms after integrating PayPal for affiliate payouts?

To hide the PayPal button from your order forms but still use PayPal for affiliate payouts, follow these steps:

  1. Open the Funnel or Website where you want to hide the PayPal button.
  2. Go to the Settings tab.
  3. Paste the following code in the Head Tracking Codesection:
    <style>.paypal-content {
      display: none;
    }
    .order-form-v2 > div > .divider {
      display: none;
    }
    </style>
  4. Click Save

This will hide the PayPal option from appearing on your order forms while retaining the PayPal integration for affiliate payouts.

Who has permission to pay affiliates using PayPal auto-payouts?

Only Agency Admins and Account Admins have permission to pay affiliates using the PayPal auto-payout method.

How are payouts for recurring products handled when using PayPal?

Payouts for recurring products are automatically generated, but you will still need to manually click the "Pay Now" button to complete the payment via PayPal. HighLevel does not process payouts automatically due to security and authentication concerns.

When does an affiliate payout become due?

The due date depends on the payout term configured for the campaign or Affiliate Manager settings.

Supported payout terms include:

  • NET-7
  • NET-15
  • NET-30
  • NET-45
  • NET-60
  • NET-90

The selected term determines how many days after the end of the month the payout becomes due.

Can I pay affiliates through a bank instead of PayPal?

Yes. If Bank Transfer is enabled as a payout method, admins can process affiliate payments through their preferred bank or payment provider and then mark the payout as paid in HighLevel.

Does HighLevel automatically adjust affiliate payouts when a sale is refunded?

Refunds for one-time products or subscriptions are not automatically tracked in the commission payout process.

Use an appropriate payout term, such as NET-30 or NET-60, when your business has a refund or chargeback window.

What do the different payout statuses mean?

  • Pending: The payout has been generated and is waiting for review.

  • Approved for Payout: The payout has been approved and is ready to be paid.

  • Paid: The affiliate has been paid and the payout is finalized.

  • Denied: The payout was denied and will not be paid unless reviewed again.

Why can't I process payouts for some affiliates using PayPal?

Payouts can only be processed for affiliates who have a PayPal account added as their payout method. If an affiliate doesn't have a linked PayPal account, you'll see an error icon and the option to "Add Account."
