Workflow enhancements, opt out language update, & Wordpress enhancements

Hi @Chase, not sure if due to these recent updates to workflows. 

In one account, is experiencing "Cannot read property 'webhookUrl' of null" on a workflow execution that leads to sending the same SMS repeatedly non-stop unless contact is removed manually from those workflows. Multiple workflows with different triggers (appointment in calendar, tag added to contact) same error and problem.



Helpdesk chat/phone could not address/fix the issue.

In another account, there is a delay up to an hour before a workflow is activated when a tag is added to a contact
