This is very easy to follow, however, I couldn't find the Merge Contact feature on our HighLevel account. Do you think it needs to be updated??
This seems to be admin only? whats the setting that needs to be enabled at the user level
Would it be possible to write rules that state if 'phone number' and/or 'email address' are the same do not create a new conversation or contact?
Or it could be phone number only, the issue now is if contact calls vs emails vs texts a new conversation or/and contact are created.
