Which AI Plan Is Right for Me?
The easiest way to choose an AI plan is to start with who needs AI access and where they need to use it. The AI Agency Assistant plan covers an enrolled agency user, while AI Employee plans cover AI usage within an enabled sub-account.
- Choose the AI Agency Assistant Plan when an agency user needs Ask AI and AI Studio while working across multiple sub-accounts.
- Choose the AI Employee Growth or Unlimited Plan when a specific sub-account regularly uses AI and needs broader AI capabilities.
You can also use both plan types when the agency user and the sub-account have separate AI needs. One plan does not automatically require the other.
When to Use the AI Agency Assistant Plan
Use the AI Agency Assistant Plan when an agency user works across multiple sub-accounts and wants Ask AI and AI Studio available while they work.
The plan costs $20 per enrolled agency user, per month. Because the subscription is tied to the user, their access follows them into the sub-accounts they can access.
For example, an agency team member who manages several sub-accounts can use Ask AI and AI Studio while moving between those accounts without each sub-account needing its own AI Employee plan for that user’s covered usage.
Important: This subscription applies to only the enrolled agency user. It does not provide AI access to every user within the sub-accounts they work in.When to Use the AI Employee Growth and Unlimited Plans
Use an AI Employee Growth or Unlimited Plan when a specific sub-account regularly uses AI and needs broader AI capabilities within that account.
The Growth Plan is $50 per enabled sub-account, per month, while Unlimited is $97 per enabled sub-account, per month. These plans provide AI coverage for the enabled sub-account rather than following an individual agency user across multiple sub-accounts.
For example, a sub-account may use Conversation AI and Voice AI regularly as part of its day-to-day operations. In that situation, an AI Employee plan can provide the sub-account with the AI usage it needs.

When to Use Both Plans
You may use both plans when AI needs exist at both the agency-user level and the sub-account level.
When both are active, the plans work side by side. The agency user continues using Ask AI and AI Studio across the sub-accounts they manage, while the sub-account uses its own AI Employee plan for the AI products and usage needed inside that account.
For example, an agency user may use Ask AI and AI Studio while managing several sub-accounts. One of those sub-accounts may also use Voice AI and Conversation AI to interact with its customers. The agency user’s usage comes from the AI Agency Assistant Plan, while the sub-account’s AI activity falls under its AI Employee plan.
Note: Using both plans is optional. You only need both when both use cases exist.
