Workflow Switcher: Jump Between Workflows Instantly

The Workflow Switcher lets you jump between workflows without leaving the builder. Open another workflow in a new browser tab so your current canvas stays put—perfect for comparing logic, reusing branches, or editing multiple automations side-by-side.

Overview

• Navigate faster: Open recent workflows or search by name right from the builder sidebar.

• Keep context: Each selection opens in a new tab, so your current canvas is preserved.

• Great with copy/paste: Reuse steps/branches across workflows to speed up builds.

Access & Availability

• Where: Advanced Builder → left sidebar → Workflow Switcher button.

The Switcher Panel

• Recent Workflows: A scrollable list of your most recent workflows for one-click access.

• Quick Search: Type to find a workflow by name; pick from the results list.
  
  

How to Use It (step-by-step)

1. Open your workflow in Advanced Builder.

2. Click the Workflow Switcher button (or press Shift + W).

3. Search by name or pick from Recents.

4. Click a workflow to open it in a new browser tab.

5. Continue building—use copy/paste to reuse branches between tabs if needed.

Tips & Best Practices

• Compare side-by-side: Keep the source workflow open in one tab and the destination in another to copy patterns cleanly.

• Name your workflows clearly: Clear workflow names and tags make searching faster.
