Step 1: Access Marketplace Apps in SaaS Configurator
Go to your Agency Settings → SaaS Configurator.
Either create a new SaaS plan or edit an existing one.
On the left navigation, select the Marketplace Apps tab.
You’ll see apps already installed at your agency that are eligible for packaging.
Eligible apps must be of type Agency & Sub-Account only.

? If you don’t see any apps listed, click Explore Marketplace to browse and install new apps at the agency level first.
Step 2: Add Apps to Your SaaS Plan
From the Installed Apps list, click the ➕ icon next to an app to include it.
Select which plan tier of the app you’d like to bundle with your SaaS plan.
Repeat for each app you want to include (up to 10 per plan).
Click Save to confirm.
Step 3: Manage Pricing and Costs
By default, app subscription charges are billed to your agency’s card.
IMPORTANT: To pass the cost on to your clients, make sure that you add the price + markup in the SaaS plan price itself.
Step 4: Automatic App Installation for Sub-Accounts
When a new sub-account signs up for this SaaS plan, all included apps will be auto-installed with the selected tiers.
Existing sub-accounts on the plan are not automatically updated, but can add apps manually.
Step 5: Update or Remove Apps
You can change the pricing plan of any bundled app from the SaaS Configurator.
To remove an app:
Click the Remove option next to the app.
Confirm the warning.
Either of the above will not impact existing sub-accounts that already have the app installed. They’ll continue to use it until you/they uninstall manually.
Step 6: Best Practices
Always review your SaaS pricing to account for any agency-paid app costs.
Clearly communicate in your SaaS plan description which apps are included.
Monitor app adoption and payouts from your Marketplace dashboard.
