How To Generate and Send a White‑Labeled Report
Use this guide to generate a branded analytics report for Listings and either download it as a PDF or send it directly via email.
Step 1: Navigate to Listings Analytics
Log in to your Sub-Account
Open the Reputation tab
Click Listings
Select the Analytics tab (beside Overview)
Click on the Generate Report option
Step 2: Configure Report Scope
- Set the Time Range: Last 4 weeks, 8 weeks, 12 weeks, 16 weeks, This year, Last 12 months, or All time.
- Under Choose Analytics Graphs, select/deselect the sections to include:
- Total Listing Impressions
- Total Listing Actions
- Listing Profile Views
- Profile Views by Site
- Listings Device Usage Over Time
- Total Listing Impressions
Step 3: Apply Branding
- Upload your agency logo.
- Enter a Report Headline
- Add a Report Description (context, highlights, or goals)
Step 4: Choose Entity
- Select the Entity you want the report to cover.
Step 5: Pick Delivery Method
1. Export as PDF:
- Select Export as PDF to download a PDF to your local drive.
- Click Preview & Generate Report.
2. Send as Email:
- Set From Email: Enter your custom agency email to keep the report white-labeled.
- Set To Email(s): Add up to 50 recipient email addresses.
- Enter Subject and Email Content (fully editable).
- Click Preview & Send Email (to review the final email view).
Step 6: Finalize & Send/Download
If exporting: Click Generate & Download to save the PDF locally.
If emailing: Click Generate & Send Email to create the report and send it to your recipients.

Q: Who can access White-Labeled Analytics Reports?
Only agency users and admins. Sub-account-only roles do not have access.
Q: Why is “All Entities” disabled for me?
If your sub-account includes a mix of Uberall and Yext entities, the All Entities option will be unavailable. Select a Single Entity instead.
Q: Is Uberall supported?
At launch, reports support Yext only. Uberall analytics support will be added in a future update.
Q: Can I customize which graphs appear in reports?
Yes. Use the include/exclude toggles to choose which graphs to display in the final report.
Q: Does the Generate Report option only show up if there is available data?
Yes. At least three analytics graphs with data must be available. If not, the button will be disabled and an information message will appear.
Q: Can I preview a report before sending it?
Yes. Always use the preview option to confirm the date range, selected graphs, and branding details are correct before finalizing.
Q: Can I customize the email content when sending reports?
Yes. You can adjust subject lines, font styles, sizes, and bullet lists with rich-text formatting to match your agency’s branding.
Q: What are my delivery options for reports?
You can download a report as a PDF or email it directly through the platform.
Q: Can I send reports from my own agency domain?
Yes. Select your From Email so reports send from your agency domain for better deliverability and trust.
Q: Will new staff recipients be added automatically when sending a report?
Yes. New staff contacts are automatically created through intelligent recipient management.
