Prerequisite – Upgrade to the New Voice AI Experience
Upgrading unlocks the 200 + voice catalog. To upgrade your experience, click Upgrade to the New Voice AI Experience button on the Upgrade Agent. Once enabled, you will gain access to the expanded voices.
How To Edit Voice AI Agent's Voice
Follow these steps to change the Voice used by your Voice AI Agent:
Step 1: Open AI Agents
- From the left navigation bar, choose AI Agents
- Select the Voice AI tab
Step 2: Open Voice AI Agent List
- Select Agent List from the secondary top navigation ribbon
- Locate the agent your would like to update and click the agent’s name
Step 3: Choose a Voice
- If not previously done, click the Upgrade to New Voice AI Experience to gain access to all voice options
- In Agent Details › Voice, use the dropdown to browse available voice options
- Use the Play button to preview the voice
Step 4: Save and Test
- Hit the blue Save button to save your changes
- Place a test call with the Test Your Agent widget to test your new voice

Q: Will changing a voice affect call scripts, intents or responses?
No. Script logic stays intact. Only the audible voice changes.
