We’ve released significant improvements to Number Pools used for tracking visitor activity , giving you greater flexibility and control over how phone numbers are organized — without needing to delete entire pools.
What Was the Problem?
Previously, the Number Pool system had several limitations:
❌ Numbers couldn’t be moved between pools
❌ You had to delete the whole pool to remove a single number
❌ Numbers couldn’t be returned to the general number list
❌ No way to add numbers from the general phone list to a pool
These constraints led to inefficient workflows, frustration, and increased support requests.
What’s New
Move Numbers Between Pools
You can now move any number from one pool to another with just a few clicks.
Click the transfer icon next to a number
A modal will appear with a list of available pools
Select your destination and confirm

Where to Find These Controls
You can access these actions from:
Manage Numbers → Number Pools tab — for viewing/editing pool-specific numbers
Phone Numbers tab — to assign ungrouped numbers into a pool
Why This Matters
These enhancements are designed to:
Improve campaign organization for visitor tracking
Prevent unnecessary deletions or workarounds
Reduce support ticket volume by enabling self-service
Encourage broader adoption of number pools
Note: These changes currently apply only to number pools created for visitor activity tracking (typically 4–8 numbers).
