What is Social Intelligence?

Social Intelligence is a social discovery and monitoring feature within HighLevel's Social Planner. It allows you to search for brands, keywords, and hashtags, track conversations across supported platforms, and analyze sentiment, engagement, and audience trends.

You can save topics for ongoing monitoring and configure email alerts when important metrics change, helping you identify relevant conversations and emerging opportunities.

How to Set Up and Use Social Intelligence

Social Intelligence lets you discover relevant conversations, save topics for ongoing monitoring, and explore insights about audience sentiment and social trends. Follow the steps below to access the feature and start monitoring topics relevant to your business.

  3. The workspace opens with two options:

    • Explore: Search for keywords, brands, or hashtags and manage saved topics.

    • Social Trends: Discover trending content and search activity from supported sources.

Search and Save Topics

The Explore tab helps you find conversations about a specific brand, industry, or keyword. Saving a search as a topic enables ongoing monitoring and access to detailed analytics.

  1. Open Social Intelligence → Explore.

  2. Enter a brand name, keyword, or hashtag in the search bar. You can also choose from five personalized keyword suggestions generated from your business information.

  3. Click Search to explore relevant conversations and available insights.

  5. Click Save as topic to add the search to your monitored topics.

  6. Find saved topics under Your topics, where you can reopen them for analysis.

Note:

• Historical insights initially support up to 500 posts, with up to 10 new posts per refresh.

• Platform coverage includes supported Infegy sources and Facebook Pages, subject to data availability. Available metrics may differ depending on the source.

  1. Navigate to Social Intelligence → Explore.

  2. Select a topic from Your topics.

  3. Use the date filter to review insights for the last 7, 15, or 30 days.

How to Create and Manage Alerts

Alerts help you monitor changes in important social metrics without repeatedly checking topic analytics. You can choose which metrics to track, how sensitive the alerts should be, and when email notifications are sent.

Note: You can configure up to 3 alerts per topic.

  1. Open a saved topic in Social Intelligence.

  2. Click the Alert (bell) icon.

  3. Create an alert and configure the following:

    • Alert name: Enter a name to identify the alert.

    • What to watch: Select the metrics to monitor, such as mentions, sentiment, impressions, engagement, or share of voice.

    • How sensitive?: Adjust the sensitivity slider to determine how large a metric change should be before triggering an alert.

    • How often?: Choose Daily or Weekly email notifications.

    • Send to: Select the email recipients.

  4. Review the Email Preview to see how the notification will appear.

  5. Save the alert. You can manage multiple alerts for a saved topic and pause or resume them when needed.
