Overview of New Phone System Tabs


Phone Numbers: Manage all aspects of your phone numbers from a single place. You can purchase new numbers, port or release existing ones, and configure features like caller ID, forwarding, and whisper/record options. Built-in health checks help ensure your numbers are properly assigned and functioning as expected.


Regulatory Bundles: Keep your numbers compliant across different regions with regulatory bundles. Create and track address bundles required for local regulations, monitor submission statuses, and quickly resolve any failures to maintain uninterrupted service.


Messaging: Centralize all SMS and MMS settings and analytics. Set account-wide opt-out language, establish daily sending limits, and configure error thresholds for compliance. You can also review delivery statistics and see compliance warnings in real time to keep messaging performance optimized.


Voice: Control inbound and outbound call behavior through an intuitive set of tools. Design call flows, create IVRs, and configure voicemail routing. You can also toggle call recording, enable automated text-back responses, and fine-tune your voice settings to match your business needs.


Trust Center: Manage brand identity and campaign approvals directly within the Trust Center. Here you can register A2P 10DLC brands and campaigns, configure CNAM for caller ID, and enable SHAKEN/STIR protocols along with other caller-trust tools to protect your communications.

How To Setup the Redesigned Navigation

Early access lives inside Labs so you can test before GA release.

 

  1. Open the desired sub-account.
  2. Navigate to Settings → Labs.
  3. Locate “New Navigation for Phone System Settings” and toggle ON.
  4. Refresh the page; the new tab layout loads instantly for that sub-account.

From your sub-account dashboard, click Settings and scroll down to find Phone Systems tab. 

Explore each tab and submit feedback via the in-app banner.

No—settings are reorganized, not modified. Your configurations remain intact.

After the beta concludes and feedback is incorporated, HighLevel plans a GA rollout. You’ll receive advance notice before any permanent switch.
