HighLevel has begun capturing Tax ID numbers from its customers worldwide to ensure we are meeting our tax obligations. Here's a quick guide to update the Tax information for your agency.

Updating the Tax ID
Tax ID information can be accessed in Agency Settings > Billing > Payments
Select the Edit button to start updating the Tax ID information.
- In the Tax ID pop-up as shown below:
- Choose the Tax ID type based on your region. (A detailed guide on choosing the correct region based on your country is available below.)
- Enter the Tax ID number.
- If you do not have a Tax ID number, or do not wish to disclose it, kindly select the 'I do not have a Tax ID' option.
- Select Save.
Choosing the Correct Tax ID Type
HighLevel supports all Tax ID types that are used across the globe. Though the Tax ID Type options are at a regional level, and you need to know the correct region of your Tax ID registration to be able to update the Tax information without any roadblocks. Once the correct region is selected, you can proceed to enter your country level Tax ID number, and we will implicitly identify the country level Tax ID type.
