Each plan level unlocks additional features to help Level Up your business. Before you can utilize the additional services shown below, you must have an active subscription and account with us.

How to Manage Your Billing

Did you know you can see every single charge to your account as well as manage your subscription, wallet amounts, and more from within your HighLevel App? We even break down charges by a sub-account, it's a critical tool when discussing or reviewing HighLevel charges or pricing.

Just log into your HighLevel desktop App and navigate to your Company Billing Settings (Agency View > Settings > Billing).

What is an Agency Wallet

The Agency Wallet is used to pay for usage-based services in HighLevel. Instead of paying for a fixed package of usage each month, your agency is charged based on what is actually used.

To load credits into your wallet, HighLevel charges your Agency card on file. When a supported service is used, the charge is deducted from the Agency Wallet. If the wallet balance falls below your minimum balance, HighLevel automatically charges the agency card on file to refill the wallet. Common wallet-funded services include the Phone System, Email System, Email Validation, AI usage, Autocomplete Addresses, and Workflow Premium Features.

You can review your wallet balance, transaction history, recharge amount, and minimum wallet balance from Agency View > Settings > Billing > Wallet & Transactions.

Phone System Pricing

The Phone System allows agencies and sub-accounts to buy phone numbers, send and receive SMS/MMS, and make or receive calls inside HighLevel. It removes the need to connect a separate third-party telephony provider for standard phone and messaging activity.

The Phone System is available on all HighLevel plan levels. Rebilling without markup is available on the $297/mo and $497/mo plans. Rebilling WITH Markup is only available on the $497/mo plan.

Pricing: The pricing for LC Phone System is precisely the same amount as Twilio. Pricing varies between regions and products for this reason we will be providing basic info and pricing for all the top-used product categories based on US/Canada pricing (LC Phone Pricing & Billing Guide). All other charges can be located on Twilio’s Pricing Pages provided below.

AI Employee Pricing

AI Employee is a suite of HighLevel AI tools that helps agencies automate conversations, content creation, review responses, and in-app assistance. AI Employee pricing depends on how your agency wants to pay for AI usage: by usage as it occurs, or through an unlimited monthly plan for many supported AI Employee features.

AI Employee has two billing options.

  1. Pay-Per-Use: AI activity is billed based on the product and how it is used. This model may apply to AI messages, minutes, tokens, or other product-specific usage. It is useful for agencies that use AI occasionally or prefer usage-based billing.

Review the AI Products Pricing article for detailed pay-per-use pricing by AI product.

  2. AI Employee Unlimited Plan: Many AI Employee features are covered under one monthly subscription of $97/mo per enabled sub-account. This is useful for agencies that use supported AI tools regularly and want a predictable monthly cost.

This plan includes unlimited usage for many AI Employee features, including Voice AI (Inbound), Conversation AI, Reviews AI, Content AI and Ask AI.

AI Employee Plus features are not included in the AI Employee Unlimited plan and continue to be billed separately as pay-per-use. These include Agent Studio, Voice AI Widget, Voice AI Outbound and the Voice AI Prompt Optimizer.

Click here for more information on the AI Employee Unlimited Plan.

Important: Phone System charges still apply to phone calls, even when Voice AI (Inbound) is covered under the AI Employee Unlimited subscription.

AI Employee Rebilling: AI Employee rebilling can be turned on in Agency settings. Your agency needs to be on the $497/mo plan to rebill AI Employee usage.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: What is Rebilling?

Rebilling allows agencies to pass on-going costs to sub-accounts. Rebilling is commonly used for services such as Phone System usage, Email System usage and AI usage.

With rebilling, HighLevel charges the agency through the Agency Wallet first, and then the agency charges the sub-account for the usage it generated. This can be done at cost or with a markup.

  • Rebilling without markup is available on the $297/mo Unlimited plan and $497/mo Agency Pro planfor supported services, except where a product has separate requirements.

Rebilling without markup allows agencies to pass supported usage-based costs to sub-accounts at the same price HighLevel charges the agency. HighLevel charges the agency first through the Agency Wallet. When rebilling is enabled, the sub-account is then charged for the usage it generated.

  • Rebilling with agency markup is available on the $497/mo Agency Pro plan and is part of SAAS mode.

Rebilling with markup allows the agency to charge more than cost for supported services and keep the difference as profit. HighLevel still charges the agency first, but the sub-account is charged the agency’s marked-up price. This margin can be set in the Sub-Account Settings or in the SaaS Configurator.

For full setup steps, wallet flow examples, SaaS Mode behavior, and additional details, see How Rebilling Works.

Q: What is Reselling?

Similar to rebilling, reselling is offering one of our reselling services to a Sub-Account. Reselling is commonly used for services such as Online Listings, WhatsApp and the Branded Client Portal App. Unlike rebilling, which is usually tied to usage-based charges, reselling is typically used when an agency packages a HighLevel service as a product or subscription.

Agency owners will be charged the “HighLevel Price” by HighLevel for each Sub-Account that a feature is enabled for. However, they will be able to recover the cost, if they so choose, by enabling “re-sell” in-app. They can choose to offer it at the HighLevel Price or a higher re-sell price, allowing a profit to be generated.

The settings for these services can be found in the Agency View > Reselling

Q: What is an SMS Segment?

A segment is a portion of an SMS message used by carriers to send and calculate costs. Each SMS is divided into segments based on its length, with longer messages requiring multiple segments. Since charges are based on the number of segments, longer messages cost more. See What the Heck is a Segment by Twilio for a more in-depth explanation.

Q: Am I Charged for Unanswered Calls?

If you call someone and they do not pick up and you do not leave a voicemail - you are generally not charged for this call. Some restrictions may apply based on the outcome of the call and the type of call you are attempting.
