To migrate your agency over to LC - email we will need to remove all email connections to the CRM, just like a brand new agency account.
If you would like a specific sub-account to remain using its own SMTP please leave it integrated on the sub-account level.
Only sub-accounts that have no email integration will be on LC-Email.
1. Let's start by removing all SMTP email providers first on the sub-account level or whichever sub-accounts you'd like to switch over to LC - Email.
Head into your sub-account settings > If the Location / Sub-account is using SMTP please remove all SMTP integration first, then proceed with Mailgun integration which is done on the agency level (we'll cover that below).
If you did not remove the SMTP first from the sub-account level and now you cannot remove your 'default provider' as its selected (blue dot) please reach out to support and we can remove this.
2. Next, if you have Mailgun/SMTP integrated on the agency level you're going to want to head into your Agency View> Settings and remove all SMTP Service connections first (where applicable), then continue to remove Mailgun.
If you have an SMTP integrated please remove it, If not please skip to the next step
Type 'Confirm' > Click 'Change Now'
Click 'Delete connection'
3. Lastly, let's remove the Agency Mailgun API Key and Token (if applicable)
Head into your agency settings > Mailgun > Click on the 'pencil' up top and remove the token and API key.
Your Agency Settings > Mailgun should look like this:
