SaaS Multi-Brands Overview
This article explains how SaaS Multi-Brands enables agencies to operate multiple brand identities from a single account, each with independent white label configurations, domains, and theme settings.
You'll learn what Multi-Brands is, its key benefits, how to configure each brand independently, and how to map brands to sub-accounts or SaaS plan categories.
SaaS Multi-Brands is currently in Private Beta, available to a limited cohort of agencies. Public Beta availability is planned within 2–3 weeks. Features and functionality may evolve based on feedback during the beta period.
What is SaaS Multi-Brands?
SaaS Multi-Brands enables agencies to manage up to two independent brand identities within a single HighLevel SaaS account. Each brand operates with its own white label configuration, allowing agencies to serve different markets, customer segments, or business verticals under distinct brand identities—all from one agency account.
Each brand can be customized with unique branding elements, mapped to specific sub-accounts, or assigned automatically through SaaS plan categories. This eliminates the need to manage separate agency accounts for different brand identities.
Brands can be switched independently, allowing you to manage each brand's settings, configurations, and sub-account assignments from a centralized interface.
Key Benefits
SaaS Multi-Brands provides agencies with the flexibility to operate multiple brand identities without the overhead of managing separate accounts.
Brand Configuration Capabilities
Each brand in SaaS Multi-Brands can be configured independently with the following white label settings and branding elements.
Define a unique brand name and upload a custom logo for each brand to ensure consistent branding across all customer touchpoints.
Configure a unique white label domain for each brand, allowing customers to access their accounts through a branded URL specific to that brand identity.
Set a custom API domain for each brand to ensure API integrations and webhooks align with your brand identity.
Specify a unique contact email address and phone number for each brand, providing customers with brand-specific support channels.
Apply a unique theme to each brand, including color schemes, button styles, and layout preferences.
Inject custom CSS and JavaScript for each brand to further customize the user interface and functionality.
Define custom URLs for privacy policies and terms of service for each brand, ensuring compliance and brand-specific legal documentation.
Each brand operates with its own independent white label configuration. Changes made to one brand do not affect the settings of the other brand.
Availability and Plan Requirements
SaaS Multi-Brands is available exclusively to agencies subscribed to the $497 Pro Plan. Agencies on other plans do not have access to this feature.
During the Private Beta phase, Multi-Brands has been enabled for an initial cohort of 20–30 agencies. Public Beta availability is planned within 2–3 weeks, after which the feature will be accessible to all agencies on the Pro Plan.
You must be subscribed to the $497 Pro Plan to access SaaS Multi-Brands. This feature is not available on other SaaS plan tiers.
How to Set Up SaaS Multi-Brands
Follow these steps to create and configure multiple brands within your SaaS account.
Navigate to your agency dashboard and access the SaaS Configuration section. This is where you manage all brand settings and configurations.
Click the option to create a new brand. You can create up to two brands per agency account. Provide a brand name and upload a logo for the new brand.
Set up the white label domain, API domain, brand email, phone number, theme, custom CSS/JavaScript, and privacy/terms URLs for the new brand. Each setting is independent from your other brand.
Designate one brand as the default fallback for agency-wide settings. This brand is used when a sub-account or SaaS plan category does not have a specific brand assigned.
Assign a brand to individual sub-accounts. When a sub-account is mapped to a brand, customers accessing that sub-account see the branding, domain, and settings associated with the assigned brand.
Link brands to SaaS plan categories to automatically assign branding based on the plan a customer subscribes to. This allows you to deliver different brand experiences depending on the SaaS plan tier without manual assignment.
Use the brand switcher in your SaaS Configuration dashboard to toggle between your brands and manage their settings independently. Changes to one brand do not affect the other.
Your SaaS Multi-Brands setup is complete. Customers accessing sub-accounts or plans mapped to each brand will see the appropriate branding and white label settings.
