What is Deleted Blog Post Recovery?

Deleted Blog Post Recovery allows users to restore blog posts that were deleted from HighLevel Blogs. When a blog post is deleted, it moves into a recoverable Deleted state instead of disappearing permanently right away. Deleted blog posts remain recoverable for 30 days, giving users a self-serve way to bring content back without contacting support.

With this recovery flow, users can review deleted posts, restore them with their previous status intact, or permanently remove posts when they are no longer needed. Restored posts return to the main blog post list with their prior draft or published state.

Key Benefits of Deleted Blog Post Recovery

  • Accidental deletion protection: Deleted blog posts can be restored from the Deleted filter for up to 30 days.

  • Self-serve recovery: Users can restore deleted posts directly from the Blog Dashboard without contacting support.

  • Cleaner blog management: Deleted posts are separated from active posts so the main blog list stays organized.

  • Bulk recovery support: Multiple deleted posts can be selected and restored at the same time.

  • Safer content cleanup: Users can permanently delete posts only when they are sure the content is no longer needed.

  • Status preservation: Restored posts return with their previous draft or published state intact.
