Blog post scheduling lets you prepare content in advance and set a specific date and time for it to be published. Instead of manually publishing the post later, HighLevel queues the post to publish at the scheduled time.

How to Schedule a Blog Post
Once your blog post content and publishing details are ready, you can choose a future date and time for the post to be published automatically.
- In your account, go to Sites > Blogs.
Open the blog site where you want to create and schedule the post.
If you do not have a blog yet, click + Create Blog to create one. (Refer to Getting Started with Blogs and Blog Posts for detailed instructions.)
- Click + New Post.
Create and format your blog post content. (If you need help creating a blog post, refer to Create Blog Posts)
- When your blog post is ready, click Continue in the upper-right corner.

Complete the applicable publishing details, including:
- URL slug
- Category
- Author
- Canonical link, if applicable
- Keywords
- SEO metadata (For detailed instructions on configuring SEO metadata, refer to How to Add and Edit SEO Information for Blog Posts)
- Once the publishing details are complete, select Schedule.
- Select the date when you want the blog post to be published.
- Select the time by choosing the hour, minute, and AM or PM.
- Click Schedule in the upper-right corner to confirm.

- The blog post is now scheduled to publish at the selected date and time. You can view the post in your blog post list to confirm that it is scheduled.
