The Agency Wallet Summary tab gives agency admins a centralized view of wallet spending across sub-accounts. It helps you quickly identify top spenders, review month-over-month changes, and spot cost spikes without manually reviewing raw transaction data. Use this report to understand where wallet spend is happening before drilling into product-level details.

Key Benefits of the Agency Wallet Summary Tab

  • Faster spend reviews: Identify high-spending sub-accounts without opening each account separately.

  • Month-over-month tracking: Compare monthly wallet spend and percentage changes over time.

  • Cost spike detection: Spot sub-accounts with sharp spending increases before they become larger billing concerns.

  • Product-level insight: Click into a sub-account to review which products are contributing to wallet spend.

How To Review Wallet Spending in the Summary Tab

A consistent review process helps you identify spending patterns faster and decide whether further investigation is needed. Start with the Summary stats, then use the table and drawer to move from agency-level totals to product-level details.

  1. Go to Agency Account > Settings > Billing.

  2. Open Wallet Transactions.

  3. Select the Summary tab.

  4. Review the Stats Cards: It gives you a quick snapshot of wallet spending activity before you review the detailed table. These cards help you understand total spend, recent changes, and which sub-accounts are driving the most wallet usage.

The Summary tab includes four cards:

    • Total Spend: Shows the aggregated wallet spend across all sub-accounts for the displayed period.

    • MoM Change: Shows the month-over-month change in wallet spend, including the percentage increase or decrease.

    • Top Spender: Shows the sub-account with the highest wallet spend and its percentage contribution to total spend.

    • Biggest Spike: Shows the sub-account with the sharpest month-over-month increase in wallet spend.

  5. Review the Sub-Account Spending Breakdown table.

  6. Use the search field to find a specific sub-account if needed.

  7. Review the monthly spend columns and cost contribution bar for each sub-account.

  8. Click a sub-account row to open the Product Breakdown drawer.

  9. Use the month tabs to compare product spend by month.

  10. Review the product cards to identify which products contributed most to spend.

  11. Hover over the chart to view product-level amounts for a specific month.
