What is Media Picker & Media Storage Integration?

Media Picker & Media Storage Integration connects image selection in Forms, Surveys, Quizzes, and QR Codes to HighLevel’s centralized Media Storage (Media Center).

The Media Picker is a pop-up window that opens when you click options like “Change Image” or the image icon in builders, allowing you to select or upload media from Media Storage.

Whenever you add or change an image, the Global Media Picker opens, giving you access to your full media library, including folders, uploads, and external sources where supported. This ensures a consistent and organized experience when working with images across different tools.

  • Faster and more intuitive image selection: Browse folders, search files, preview images, and select assets without switching between different upload interfaces.

  • Reuse existing assets instead of re-uploading: Access previously uploaded logos, backgrounds, and graphics from Media Storage, reducing duplication and saving time.

  • Improved brand consistency: Teams can reuse approved brand assets across multiple builders, helping maintain a consistent visual identity.
