Canva Integration with Media Storage

Modified on: Fri, 27 Feb, 2026 at 4:36 AM

Overview

Canva is an easy-to-use design platform that helps businesses quickly create professional, on-brand visuals and collaborate seamlessly to drive engagement and growth. The Canva integration allows you to connect your Canva account to Media Storage so you can browse, edit, import, and download designs without switching between platforms. This helps you create and manage visuals faster while keeping everything organized in one place.

Important: This feature is available through Labs and must be enabled first.

To enable it:

  1. Go to Agency Settings

  2. Click Labs

  3. Open the Sub-Account tab

  4. Activate the Canva feature

Once enabled, the Canva option will be available inside Media Storage.

Browse and Manage Canva Designs

Inside Media Storage, you can:

  • View your Canva designs

  • Search by design name

  • Sort by name or last modified date

  • Toggle between grid and list view

  • Scroll through large libraries

If a thumbnail does not load, a default Canva thumbnail will be shown.

You can also download Canva designs directly:

  • Single-page designs download as PNG

  • Multi-page designs download as separate PNG files

Edit Designs in Canva

You can edit both Canva designs and supported Media Library files directly in Canva.

Supported file types for editing:

  • PNG

  • JPG

  • JPEG

To edit:

  1. Select the file

Importing from Canva

When importing a design from Canva:

  • Single-page designs are imported as PNG

  • Multi-page designs are imported as PDF

  • You can import the same design multiple times if needed

Imported files become independent assets in your Media Library. Future edits made in Canva will not automatically update previously imported files.

Once imported, designs can be used across emails, funnels, campaigns, social posts, and anywhere media is supported.
