Export multiple Company records at once from the Contacts → Companies section. Whether you need a few selected records or the entire company list, exports can be completed in just a few clicks.
Exports are downloaded as a CSV file, which can be opened in Excel, Google Sheets, or any spreadsheet tool.

Option 1: Export Selected Companies
Use this option when you only need specific company records.
Steps:
Go to Contacts from the left navigation.
Click on the Companies tab.
Select one or more companies using the checkboxes.

Click Export from the action bar.
A progress window will appear showing export status.
Once completed, download the generated CSV file.

Option 2: Export All Companies
Use this option when you need the full list of companies.
Steps:
Navigate to Contacts → Companies.
Click the three-dot menu (⋮) in the top-right corner.
Select Export.

Wait for the export process to complete.

Download the CSV file once ready.
Export Progress
A progress modal displays:
Percentage completed
Number of records processed
Do not reload or leave the page while the export is in progress.
Large datasets may take a few moments to complete.
What’s Included in the Export?
The CSV file includes:
Company ID
Standard company fields (Name, Phone, Email, Website, Address, etc.)
Custom fields added to Companies
Created and Updated timestamps
Best Practices
Use Filters before exporting to narrow down your dataset.
Select only the records you need if exporting specific companies.
Keep the tab open until the export completes.
For very large exports, allow additional processing time.
