How to Scan a Business Card from the Mobile App

2. Go to Contacts or use Quick Actions → Add Contact.

3. Tap Scan Business Card.

4. Capture the front side of the card using your phone camera.

5. (Optional) Scan the back side for additional details.

6. Add Tags: On the creation screen, add or select tags to group contacts for automations and campaigns.

7. Review the auto-filled contact details (name, phone, email, company, etc.).

8. (Optional)

   • Toggle Save to Media Storage to keep the scanned card image.

   • Toggle Add to Files & Folders to attach the image to the contact record.

9. If you notice any inaccuracies, tap Refine with AI — the system will reprocess and enhance the data with near-perfect precision.

10. Tap Save Contact, and you’re done!
