What is the Custom Values – Page Upgrade?
Custom Values allow you to store reusable data such as URLs, text, and tokens that can be used across funnels, automations, and emails. The upgraded Custom Values page modernizes the interface with two easy-to-navigate tabs — All Values and Folders — along with optimized performance and simplified management tools. This update keeps all of your existing keys and values intact while making the experience cleaner, faster, and more organized.
Key Benefits
The new Custom Values page is built for speed, clarity, and efficiency.
The tabbed layout separates All Values and Folders for easier navigation.
Streamlined modals make adding, editing, moving, or deleting values straightforward.
Contextual menus appear only when relevant, reducing visual clutter.
Bulk Move and Bulk Delete allow faster updates across multiple values.
The system-generated key for each value stays the same even after renaming.
Performance improvements ensure quicker searches and smoother page interactions.
All Values Tab
The All Values tab displays every custom value in your account. You can quickly view and edit details in columns for Name, Key, Value, and Folder. Use the Search bar at the top-right to instantly filter results by name, key, or folder. Hovering over any value reveals a three-dot menu that allows you to edit, move, or delete items. You can also select multiple entries at once to perform bulk actions.
Folders Tab
The Folders tab helps you organize values by category — such as clients, campaigns, or environments. The folder structure is flat (no nesting) to keep management simple. Each folder can hold multiple values, and you can easily add, rename, or delete folders as needed.
Adding and Managing Custom Values
To add a new custom value, click + Custom Value, then enter a name (required), value, and folder if desired. Once saved, your new value will appear instantly in the list.
To edit an existing value, click the three-dot menu beside the item and select Edit. Update the details as needed — the system-generated key remains unchanged — and click Update to save.
To move a value, click the three-dot menu, select Move to Folder, choose the destination, and confirm. This helps you keep related values grouped.
If you need to remove a value, click Delete from the same menu and confirm your choice. Keep in mind that deletions are permanent.
Creating and Managing Folders
To create a new folder, click + Add Folder, enter the folder name, and click Create. Folders make it easier to group and manage related values.
You can click on a folder name to view the values inside it. Within this view, the same edit, move, and delete options are available.
Using the Upgraded Page
The new Custom Values interface is designed for simplicity and speed. You can now access it under Settings → Custom Values, where everything is organized into two clear tabs — All Values and Folders. Create folders to keep related values grouped together, add or edit entries directly from the table, and use search or bulk actions to make quick updates. Any changes you make are applied instantly across all connected automations, funnels, and campaigns.
