Who can buy a dedicated IP?


Dedicated IPs are exclusively available for Agencies on the $297/$2970 and $497/$4970 plans.

We strongly advise sending a minimum of 50,000 messages per week to uphold a robust reputation and reduce throttling issues with mailbox providers. Additionally, we recommend allocating one dedicated IP address for every 1 million messages sent monthly. This proactive approach ensures optimal deliverability and enhances your overall email performance.

Agency: An agency that has been established within the last 30 days is eligible to purchase the IP.

Sub-location: Accounts with a total contact count exceeding 30,000 or those that have sent more than 200,000 emails in the last 30 days, and belong to an agency type created within the last 30 days, are eligible to acquire the IP.


Both Agencies and sub-accounts can purchase a dedicated IP if they are using LC - Email as the Email provider.



Non-SaaS locations are eligible to purchase if the Agency grants permission. This setup is detailed on the Agency Sub-accounts page.



How to buy a Dedicated IP?

LC Email users can acquire a dedicated IP through the Email service.


  • Navigate to the agency settings page and click on Email Services.
  • Click on Dedicated Domain And IP in the LC email provider section.
  • On the next page, click on "Buy IP".
  • A modal will appear with the option to buy a new IP. Click on the "Buy Now" button to proceed with the purchase.
    • One IP of $59 per month will be charged to the agency. Agency could set up rebilling to cover this cost.


How to Manage Your Dedicated IP


If you own a dedicated sending domain, you'll notice a tag indicating whether your domain is associated with a Dedicated or Shared IP.



Please note: A Dedicated IP can only be linked to a dedicated sending domain.


Additionally, you can assign one or more dedicated IPs to your domains. In this configuration, a single domain can be linked to multiple IPs, and vice versa. If your domain is associated with multiple IPs, emails will be sent through all these IPs in a round-robin manner. This method ensures a balanced distribution of email traffic among the IPs linked to your domain.



To assign a dedicated IP to a domain:


Click the three dots and select "Assign IP".
