How to Update Your Profile Picture Change the profile image displayed on your WhatsApp Business number |
Your profile picture is the first visual impression customers get of your brand. Follow the steps below to update it.
Image Requirements: Profile photos are automatically cropped to a square with a maximum edge of 640px and a maximum file size of 5MB. Images smaller than 192px in either dimension may have resizing issues. A 640x640px image is recommended for best results.
Step 1 Click Manage in your WhatsApp Business settings panel

Step 2 Click Profile from the menu

Step 3 Click the profile picture area to begin editing — then click Upload to choose your business logo or brand image. The picture saves automatically once uploaded

Step 4 Update your Address so customers know where to find your business

Step 5 Update your Email ID so customers have a direct way to contact you

Step 6 Add or update your Website URL so customers can learn more about your business

Step 7 Update your Description — a brief explanation of what your business does. This is one of the first things customers read on your profile
