Form submissions in Conversions enable users to view submitted contact details directly on the Conversations page and take follow-up actions seamlessly. This article explains how to access form submissions from the Conversations page and how to use them for further engagement.

How to use the feature

1. Enabling Form Submissions on the Conversations Page

  • To receive form submissions on the Conversations page, users must explicitly enable the setting by toggling it ON during form creation on the Form creation page.



2. Managing Form Submissions on the Conversations Page

  • new form submission will appear in the Conversations list each time form is submitted.


  • Users can view the submission details by clicking the View Submission” button.
  • Users can navigate to the Form Submissions page by clicking the Check all form submissions” button.




  • Contact-level and Conversation filters can be used to easily manage and organize form submissions.
