Step 1: Log in to App Store Connect

  1. Go to App Store Connect.
  2. Sign in with your Apple Developer credentials.
  3. From the Apps dashboard, click the ➕ icon to create a new app, or select your existing white-label app to update.

Step 2: Enter App Information

  • App Name – Enter your brand’s app name.
  • Subtitle – A short tagline (max 30 characters).
  • Primary Language – Usually English (U.S.) unless your app targets another language.
  • Bundle ID – Select the correct bundle ID (must match what was created in Xcode/Certificates).
  • Category – Choose your app category (e.g., Productivity, Business).
  • SKU – Unique identifier (can be your brand or project code).

Step 3: Add Branding Assets

  1. Upload your App Icon (1024x1024, PNG, no rounded corners).
  2. Upload Screenshotsfor different iPhone/iPad screen sizes:
    • 6.9", 6.5", 5.5" displays (minimum 3 screenshots per size).
    • Ensure screenshots represent the app’s user experience.

Step 4: Add App Metadata

  • Description – A detailed explanation of your app’s purpose and features.
  • Keywords – Add relevant keywords for discoverability.
  • Promotional Text – Optional, appears at the top of your App Store page.

Step 6: Pricing & Availability

  • Choose your Price Schedule (Free or Paid).
  • Set your Base Country or Region (e.g., United States).
  • Select availability across 175 countries/regions.

Step 7: App Review Information

  • If your app requires login, provide test account credentials (demo username & password).
  • Add contact details (name, phone, email).
  • If special permissions (like VoIP, background audio) are required, explain them in the Notes section.

Step 8: Submit for Review
