How To Tag Channels and Events in Posts/Comments

Step 1: Navigate to Groups


  1. Click on Memberships from your sub-account.

  2. Click on the Communities tab.

  3. Select Groups from the drop-down.




Step 2: Create or Open a Post/Comment


  1. Login to your Group.

  2. Open the post or comment editor.




Step 3: Insert a tag with #


  1. Type # to open the picker; search or scroll to find the channel or event.

  2. Press Enter (or click) to insert the tag.

  3. Finish your message and click Publish Post/Comment.

  4. Check your newly inserted tag to confirm it opens the intended destination.
