The "Learn More Using AI" feature provides intelligent, contextual assistance directly within the Workflow Builder through the Workflow AI Assistant.

What is Learn More Using AI?


Learn More Using AI is an integrated help system that appears as a blue "Learn More" button in the top-right corner of trigger and action configuration panels. When clicked, it opens the Workflow AI Assistant sidebar that provides:

  • What is [Feature Name]? - Detailed explanations of what the feature does
  • How does it work? - Technical details about how the feature operates
  • How to configure it - Step-by-step setup instructions
  • Validations & Constraints - Requirements and limitations
  • Use Cases - Real-world scenarios and examples


How to Use Learn More Using AI


Step 1 : Navigate to Workflow Builder

Go to Automation > Workflows

  • Create a new workflow or edit an existing one


Step 2: Add or Configure a Trigger/Action

Click "Add New Trigger" / or select any existing workflow element


Step 3: Click the Learn More Button

Look for the blue "Learn More" button with Bulb icon in the top-right corner

  • Click to open the Workflow AI Assistant 

Step 4: Get AI Assistance

Review the automatic explanation provided

  • Ask follow-up questions in the message box
