What is the AI Employee Promotion?
From November 15th to December 31st, 2024, AI Employee usage will be free for all paying HighLevel customers! See below for additional information and restrictions.
What is the AI Employee?
The AI Employee is a suite of features that includes Voice AI (AI Agents), Conversation AI, Reviews AI, Funnel & Website AI, Content AI, and Workflow AI Assistant.
There are 2 pricing models to access AI Employee features. Usage-based or a monthly unlimited plan.
When does the promotion begin?
November 15th, 2024
When does the promotion end?
December 31st, 2024
Who’s eligible?
All active paying customers are eligible for this promotion. Anyone still in trial will incur usage charges (see below for usage pricing).
If I am on a HighLevel free trial, am I eligible?
Anyone on a trial will incur per-usage charges (see pricing above). To take advantage of this Free AI Employee promotion, navigate to Agency Account Settings > Billing tab to end your trial and select your HighLevel plan.
How do I claim this promotion?
Navigate to your Sub-Account > AI Employee Promo tab and opt-in. You will be required to select your billing preference for when the promotion ends, by either selecting the $97/mo unlimited plan, or per usage billing.
What if I am already paying for AI Employee subscriptions?
All existing AI Employee subscriptions will be paused until December 31, 2024. Any paid but unused days in your current billing period will be added on to the end of the promotion period.
Will there be any costs during this promotion?
All AI usage fees for the AI Employee features will be waived during this promotion period. However, the standard LC phone usage charges will still apply where applicable.
What happens after the promotion ends?
Depending on the billing model you choose when opting into the offer, you will proceed either on the pay-per-usage model or on the Unlimited AI Employee model (at $97/month plus any agency markup).
What does unlimited mean during the promotion?
We really mean unlimited! We want all businesses to experience and benefit from the power of AI. However, if abuse is suspected, we may apply a fair use policy capping usage.
How do affiliates earn commissions on the the AI Employee $97/month/plan?
During this free promotion there is no affiliate commission but after the promotion ends on December 31, 2024, all subaccounts that choose the AI Employee $97/month/plan will be commissionable for affiliates if an affiliate code was used to register. Commissions will not be generated from accounts on the pay-per-usage model.
