Once it's ported, How to import an existing Twilio phone number into a HighLevel client account?



Update:



Now you can click the button MOVE NUMBERS using the yellow button on the middle right to move the phone number from the master account to the subaccount.




Choose Master account as the source account:

How to use the client's own Twilio account for the location:

 


If the location already has a Twilio SID generated, we can click Update Credentials by clicking the three dots on the right to delete the connection:




If the account SID and auth token provided by your client is a Twilio Subaccount, you can then replace it here.







If the account SID and auth token provided by your client is a Twilio Master account, it's best to integrate with the subaccount so please click delete connection here.






Once it's blank, scroll up and replace your master Account SID and auth token with your client's twilio master account SID and auth token.





Click Create subaccount so a Twilio subaccount will be created based on your client's Twilio master account.







Once the subaccount is created, click Move numbers to move the numbers from the client's master account to its subaccount.
