Our Planned Process

  • Implementing systematic accessibility improvements across core platform features

  • Integrating accessibility testing in our quality assurance process

  • Prioritizing customer-facing tools and functionality based on user feedback

  • Conducting third-party accessibility audits to validate our compliance efforts and guide development priorities

While HighLevel is committed to providing accessible features and tools, customers are responsible for ensuring their own compliance with applicable accessibility laws. For questions about your specific obligations, we recommend consulting with qualified legal or accessibility professionals.

If you experience a screen reader issue, keyboard navigation problem, missing label, or focus behavior that prevents completing a task, include the page/area you were in and the steps to reproduce it when you reach out for support so the issue can be prioritized and verified.
