Conditional Logic Action Types

Conditional Logic offers five flexible action types that let you customize how the survey behaves based on responses. You can use one or combine multiple to create advanced flows.

Redirect to URL

Automatically send respondents to a different URL when they select certain answers. Perfect for routing leads to landing pages, product pages, or third-party forms.

Display Custom Message

Show a custom message when a specific answer is selected. You can use this to provide confirmations, guidance, next steps, or error notices.

Show/Hide Fields

Control field visibility dynamically to make your surveys cleaner and more personalized. Hide irrelevant questions or display additional questions based on earlier answers.

Disqualify Lead

Instantly disqualify respondents based on pre-defined criteria and display a disqualification message. This prevents low-quality or unqualified leads from proceeding.

Jump To Slide (NEW!)

Skip respondents to a specific slide or section of your survey based on their input. This creates more relevant and efficient survey experiences.

Supported Field Types: Jump To logic currently works with radio buttons and single dropdown fields.
