Welcome to the private beta of Services, our enhanced booking and scheduling tool designed specifically for service-based businesses. With Services, you can easily book multiple services, select valuable add-ons, and apply coupon codes—all in one seamless booking experience.
Services helps you:

How Does Migration Work?
1. If You Have Existing Service Calendars
Once you’ve been enrolled, we’ll automatically migrate your active service calendars into the new Services experience to help you switch faster and more easily. Some settings will not be migrated, so it’s important to:
Review your current settings after migration.
Make any necessary adjustments to match your preferences.
You can continue using the migrated calendars or start fresh by creating new ones.
Once satisfied, start using services to book appointments!
2. If You Don’t Have Any Service Calendars
No problem! Simply start creating new services to get started.

As Services is currently in private beta, please be aware of the following:

- You might occasionally experience minor performance or UI issues as we continue refining the tool.

Q: Who has access to the Services beta?
A: Currently, Services is available as a private beta to selected customers, enabling us to gather valuable feedback and make improvements before a wider release.
Q: How can I check if Services is activated for my account?
A: Navigate to Agency Settings → Manage a Subaccount → Calendar Settings to verify if Services is turned on for your account.
Q: When will Services be available to all users?
A: We’ll soon roll out Services to all customers through the LABs section. Stay tuned for updates!
Q: Can I switch back to the previous version if needed?
A: We do not recommend switching back, as the new version of Services offers a more powerful and flexible booking experience and the earlier version will eventually be deprecated. However, if you feel it’s not the right fit for your needs, please reach out to us—we’re happy to help and guide you through next steps.
