What is the Calendar Widget Style?

Calendar widget styles define how your booking calendar appears when shared with leads or clients. HighLevel offers the Classic widget and the Neo widget, each designed for different use cases and levels of customization.

  • Seat display for Class Booking calendars

  • Streamlined and modern interface

How To Setup Calendar Widget Styles

Choosing or changing your calendar widget style ensures that your booking page matches your preferred design and features.

Classic vs Neo: Things to Keep in Mind.

It’s important to be aware of how Classic and Neo widgets differ so you can choose the right option for your calendar setup.

Classic is the default for unassigned calendars, while Neo is the default for group calendars. Customization options such as colors, backgrounds, and button text are only available in Neo.

Staff selection in Round Robin calendars also requires Neo, and the Class Booking seat display is only supported in Neo.

Payment collection, however, is supported in both Classic and Neo.

You can switch widget styles anytime without affecting existing bookings.

Open Settings

Begin by navigating to the Settings menu from the left sidebar. This is where you can manage your account preferences, business details, and calendar configurations.

Access Calendars

Inside the Settings menu, click on Calendars under the Business Services section. This will take you to the calendar management area where all your existing calendars are listed.

Create or Edit Calendar

In the Calendars section, you can either click New Calendar to create a fresh one or use the edit icon next to an existing calendar to update its settings. This is where you’ll set or adjust the widget style.

Select Widget Style

Go to the Customizations tab in the calendar setup. Under Calendar Widget Style, choose between the Classic or Neo design. Neo is the default for group calendars, while Classic is the default for unassigned calendars.
