What is WordPress Hosting Reselling?
WordPress Hosting reselling allows your agency to purchase WordPress Hosting from HighLevel and offer it to clients at a price you control. Depending on how you want to provide the service, clients can purchase hosting themselves at your configured price, or your agency can deploy hosting directly to a sub-account and cover the cost.
HighLevel provides multiple WordPress Hosting plans to accommodate different agency needs. After selecting your agency plan, you can configure your customer pricing and manage WordPress offers for individual sub-accounts.
Key Benefits of WordPress Hosting Reselling
- Recurring revenue: Set a customer price above your agency cost to generate recurring revenue from WordPress Hosting.
- Flexible pricing: Set a default customer price and create personalized prices for specific clients.
- Multiple agency plans: Choose between Standard, Utility, and Truly Unlimited based on your agency's hosting requirements.
- Centralized management: Manage WordPress Hosting offers for your sub-accounts from the agency's Reselling area.
- Flexible deployment: Let clients purchase hosting themselves or deploy WordPress directly and charge the cost to your agency.
Prerequisite: Connect Your Agency Stripe Account
Connecting your agency Stripe account enables HighLevel to process client payments when clients purchase resold WordPress Hosting. Complete this connection before enabling client-paid WordPress offers so payments can be collected at the customer price you configure.
Make sure your Agency Stripe account is connected before configuring WordPress Hosting for client purchase.
If your agency plans to deploy WordPress directly and pay for the subscription instead of having the client purchase it, the agency payment method is used for that deployment.
WordPress Hosting Plans and Agency Billing
Your WordPress Hosting plan determines the hosting capacity available to your agency and the base amount your agency pays HighLevel. Selecting the appropriate plan before configuring customer pricing helps you understand your costs and determine how you want to package WordPress Hosting for clients.
- Log in to your HighLevel Agency account.
- From the left navigation menu, click Reselling.
- Under Subscriptions, select WordPress.
- Review the available WordPress Hosting plans:
- Standard
- Utility
- Truly Unlimited
- Click View Plan Details to compare what is included with each plan.
- Select Monthly or Annual billing based on your agency's preferred billing cycle.
- Choose or upgrade to the plan that fits your agency's hosting requirements.

Set Your WordPress Reselling Price
Subscription Markup controls the customer price clients see when purchasing WordPress Hosting from their sub-account. HighLevel displays your agency cost alongside the customer price and calculated profit, making it easier to understand the margin on your hosting offer before making it available to clients.
- Locate the Subscription Markup settings.
- Review Your Price, which represents the amount your agency pays for the applicable WordPress Hosting subscription.
- Enter the amount you want clients to pay as the Customer's Price.
- Review the displayed Profit to understand the difference between your cost and the customer price.
- Click Save Changes.
For example, if your agency cost for the applicable subscription is $10 and you configure the customer price as $15, the interface displays a $5 difference as your profit.
Your configured customer price serves as the general WordPress Hosting offer for eligible clients. You can also customize pricing for individual sub-accounts when a client requires a different offer.

Create Personalized Offers for Specific Clients
Personalized offers allow you to adjust WordPress Hosting pricing for individual sub-accounts without changing the general price offered to your other clients. This is useful when different clients have negotiated pricing, different service packages, or other account-specific arrangements.
- Go to Reselling > Subscriptions > WordPress.
- Locate the sub-account management area and click Manage.

- For the sub-account for which you want to customize the offer, Click on the three dots > Set Markup Price.

- Review the displayed profit based on the customized price.
- Click Enable to make the offer available to that sub-account.
- The customized price applies to that particular sub-account, allowing you to offer different WordPress Hosting prices to different clients.

How Clients Purchase WordPress Hosting
Client-paid activation allows the client to complete their WordPress Hosting purchase without requiring the agency to manually deploy the subscription. The customer is shown the price configured for their sub-account and completes payment using their own card.
- From the sub-account, the client goes to Sites > WordPress.
- The client clicks Activate WordPress.
- HighLevel displays the WordPress Hosting price configured by the agency for that client.
- The client selects the card payment option and enters the required payment information.
- The client completes the purchase.

How Does the Billing Work?
When your client purchases WordPress it creates 2 subscriptions in the System
- Between your client's card & your Stripe Account so you can collect payment from your clients
- Between HighLevel & your card so you can pay $10 / month to HighLevel
