Download & Install HighLevel's Desktop App for Mac (Private Beta)

This quick guide walks you through getting the Mac app onto your computer and logging in for the first time.

Step 1: Access Private Beta


Scan the QR code below or click the link below to get access to the HighLevel desktop app private beta.

Step 2: Submit Beta Request Form


Input your email address and submit the request form to the HighLevel team for access to the desktop app private beta.



Step 3: Download the Desktop App


You will receive an email from the HighLevel Product Team with your desktop download link. If you don’t see it, look in the Promotions or Spam folder.


  • Open the email and click Download Mac App.

  • After clicking the download link, your browser will download a .dmg file.



Step 3: Install Desktop App


Once your browser is finished downloading the app, double-click the file to begin the install process.


  • Open the .dmg file.


  • In the window that appears, drag the HighLevel icon into the Applications folder.


  • When the copy finishes, close the installer window and eject “HighLevel” from Finder. You can delete the .dmg file.


Step 4: Sign in to HighLevel


Once you've installed the desktop app, the last step is to sign into your HighLevel account!


  • Open HighLevel from your Applications folder.

  • Click Sign in to HighLevel in the app. A browser window will open for secure sign-in.


  • Log in with your HighLevel account. When you see the prompt to launch the desktop app, click Open HighLevel.


  • You’re in! You should now see your Agency Dashboard inside the desktop app.
