Agency users can now cancel location-level subscriptions directly from their Billing page using a guided 3-step unsubscribe flow. Step 1: Choose How to Cancel

  • You’ll be prompted to select one of the following cancellation options:

    • Cancel at End of Billing Cycle – Subscription ends after the current billing period (no refunds).

    • Cancel Immediately – Subscription ends right away (no refunds or proration).




Step 2: Confirm the Location

  • A brief data of the selected location will be shown to confirm you are cancelling the correct subscription


Step 3: Share a Reason & Confirm

  • You’ll be asked to provide a reason for cancellation. After confirming, the subscription will be cancelled based on the option chosen in Step 1.
