How to send recurring emails with multiple email templates

We’ve made it easier than ever to personalise and automate your recurring emails in Reputation Management! Now, you can set different email templates for your recurring review request emails, ensuring every interaction feels more engaging and tailored to your audience.

Step 1: Navigate to Email Review Requests

  • Open Reputation Management in your dashboard. Go to the Email Review Requests section.




Step 2: Enable Recurring Review Requests

  • Locate the "Maximum Retries" option. Enable Recurring Review Requests to allow multiple follow-ups.



Step 3: Select Email Templates and set Email Subject

  • Choose different email templates for each follow-up message.

  • Select from pre-designed templates or create your own.

  • Set Email Subject for each recurring Email.



Step 4: Customise Your Email Content

  • Modify the content to align with your brand’s voice and audience using the Email Builder.

  • Add personalisation elements to enhance engagement.


Step 5: Save and Activate Recurring Emails

  • Review your settings to ensure all email sequences are properly assigned.

  • Click Save & Activate – your emails will now be automatically sent using the selected templates
