There are several scenarios where you might now want a Twilio number in HighLevel to forward to another number but instead you want it to just go to a voicemail. You can accomplish this by leaving the forward field blank and building a Twimlet in Twilio. Here's how:

Example Twimlet Code used in video:

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>
<Response>
  <Say voice="Polly.Joanna">Thanks for calling BUSINESS NAME. We're sorry we missed your call. Please lleave a brief message and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.</Say>
  <Record transcribe="true" timeout="100" transcribeCallback="http://twimlets.com/voicemail?Email=YOUREMAIL@SOMETHING.COM"/>

</Response>

Additionally, if you don't want your voicemail to be read by a robot, you can upload an mp3 file in you Assets folder in Twilio, then replace the <Say> tags with <Play> tags like this:

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>
<Response>
  <Play>https://myvoicemail-5973.twil.io/assets/yourfile.mp3</Play>
  <Record transcribe="true" timeout="100" transcribeCallback="http://twimlets.com/voicemail?Email=YOUREMAIL@SOMETHING.COM"/>

</Response>
