1. Reset your password (forgot your password?)
Open a support ticket with HighLevel and we will help you reset the password
2. Change your password
2.1.
- On the agency dashboard click Settings -> User Settings
- Scroll down to Change Password, put in the old password and new password (confirm). Click Update Password
or
2.2.
- On the agency dashboard click Settings -> Agency Team Management
- Find the account you are presently logged into and click Edit
- Scroll down to the Password field, change the password and click Save
3. Change the password for an Agency Employee or Account Employee
- Follow the same steps found in 2.2. (above) with a small change to step 2 - You are finding and clicking edit for the account that needs the password change and not the one you are presently logged into
